Breaking the Highway Code

These three horse riders in Groton Street, Groton (photographed at 12.52 on Thursday 5 December 2019), need to read the Highway Code. Rule 53 provides: "When riding on the road you should: > keep to the left... > never ride more than two abreast, and ride in single file on narrow or busy roads and when riding round bends." They were approaching a bend, and if a car travelling at 30mph came round the bend towards them both the driver and they would have been in serioius danger of a collision.
