Local birder Colin Barley found the fantastic bird, whilst photographing Seal's at Slaughden on Saturday December 8, it is the first ever Hornemann's Artic Redpoll to be recorded in Suffolk.
Little did he know that he has caused quite a stir in the birding world, Birder's have come from all over England, on Monday apparently there was about 100 birder's watching this little bird, well done Colin you has given us Birder's a early Christmas present!!!
